  • shipping information


    order processing/delivery:
    orders are processed, shipped and delivered monday-friday, exclusive of national holidays. we allow a window of 48 hours for order processing for any product indicated as "in stock". we allow a 2-4 week processing and shipping window for produced to order archival items (as indicated in the ordering process). all orders placed after 10:00am (PST) will begin processing the following business day.

    express delivery:
    all orders for next day delivery can only be placed for "in stock" product, and completed before 10am (PST) monday - friday. please allow 24 hours additional processing for all "rush" delivery orders, meaning that rush orders will ship the following day after order date, if the order is placed prior to 10am (PST), with delivery planned as next-day delivery, delivery date following product shipping date. actualized timeline for next day delivery is 2-3 days completion from start to finish including processing, shipping and delivery.

    international shipping:
    all orders placed outside the continental united states will be shipped via UPS worldwide expedited. product and shipping prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. the recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which we are shipping; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. we are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.

    order delivery:
    all packages require a signature upon delivery. additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. dominique cohen does not ship to post office boxes (p.o. boxes). deliveries will only occur monday - friday. orders will not be shipped or delivered on national holidays.

  • returns & exchanges


    dominique cohen is grateful for the continued customer support; therefore, customer satisfaction is a top priority.

    If you are not satisfied with your order, returns of normally stocked merchandise (indicated as "in stock" while ordering) will be accepted for full refund for up to 7 business days from the date of receipt. returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit for all "produced to order" archival product (indicated as "special order" while ordering) up to 14 business days from the date of receipt. "special order" credits may be applied towards your next purchase of any product currently listed as "in stock" on our website. the exchange order must meet or exceed the credit amount; a credit cannot be processed for remaining funds. the exchange of "special order" product cannot be applied against another "special order" item. credit from "special order" goods will apply only to "in stock" items on any exchange.

    to request a refund or credit, please include a copy of your invoice and all original items shipped with the package. enclose the packing slip with the item(s) and ship, prepaid and insured, to:

    please allow up to two weeks for a return to process. once your return has been processed, please allow two to three business days for the refund to appear on the credit card.

  • order cancellation


    You may cancel a dominique cohen order without penalty within the first 48 hours of the initial purchase. with any "special orders" for archival product, cancellation after the 48 hours time period has elapsed will subject the order/cancellation to a production stop fee of 30% of the total "special order".

  • credit cards


    dominiquecohen.com accepts the following credit cards:

    once the credit card is approved for your order, the total dollar amount of the order is allocated to the card. payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until your order ships. for example, if you order an item on monday and it does not ship until thursday of that week, your credit card will be charged on thursday, the day the item ships out. please note: if the amount charged exceeds the credit card limit, and the payment is unable to process, the order is automatically cancelled.

    dominique cohen ensures that your personal information retains utmost privacy. we do not retain your credit card data in our files. names, email address, your data preferences are completely secure as indicated under our corporate guidelines. if you subscribe to receive emails and later change your mind, simply follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email you receive from us.

    general care/18K rose & yellow gold:
    dominique cohen jewelry has been designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards. each piece is individually hand-crafted by our team of artisans. therefore, small presentational differences within each piece are organic, and viewed as evidence of individualized artisanal hand-work. as 18k gold and sterling silver are relatively soft metal materials, periodic examination of all clasps, enhancer bail clasps, stone settings, and components are recommended to ensure long lasting enjoyment of each piece.

    we recommend avoidance to exposing all of your jewelry to substances containing bleach or ammonia, direct sprays of perfume, hair chemicals or any toiletry lotions, creams or chemicals. we recommend that you adorn yourself with our jewels after you are fully dressed to avoid contact with any toiletry chemicals.

    we recommend that you remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water.

    we recommend that a suitably lined box or protective pouch is used to store all jewels. For heavy gold items, we recommend a home safe or secure environment. to avoid scratches, each piece of jewelry should be stored separately.

    diamonds/gemstones:
    all gems vary in hardness and porosity. we recommend that you research online the porosity of the specific gemstone in regards to chemical cleaning prior to placing the item in chemical cleaners. or, please feel free to contact our preferred selling team for additional assistance at: 323-404-2959. If you are unsure as to how to clean your item, we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cotton cloth.

    pearls:
    please wear your pearls often as the natural oils from your skin enhance lustre. however, pearls are sensitive and porous and should not be subject to any toiletry chemicals as they could discolor or damage the pearl nacre. please do not use or spray body lotions, perfumes, hair sprays, or other chemicals when wearing your pearls. pearls can be cleaned by gently wiping or polishing with a soft cotton cloth. never place pearls in jewelry cleaning chemicals as they will be discolored and damaged.

    sterling noir:
    sterling noir is sterling silver metal with a black rhodium coating. please do not place any sterling noir items in chemical cleaners as the chemicals could damage the dark finish on your item. we recommend gentle cleaning with a soft cotton cloth.

    leather goods:
    fine leather deserves good care. for day-to-day care, our leather handbags benefit from gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. please do not use cleaning products or detergents. handbags should be stored in the dominique cohen bags provided.

  • repairs


    please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products require a repair. email assistance@dominiquecohen.com. all repairs are handled on a case by case basis and we routinely do not charge for repairs, unless there are unsual circumstances or the product is assessed to have damages beyond normal wear and tear. charges for any repairs are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the dominique cohen repair representative. customers will only be contacted and advised of any repair fees if they apply. if no fee is applicable the item will be repaired as soon as possible and returned to the customer.

    if an order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform us immediately. we apologize for the inconvenience if this occurs and will do our best to rectify the issue immediately. please email assistance@dominiquecohen.com to report any issue. please plan to ship the repair return back within our 7 day return timeline.
